How vaping helped hook a new generation on nicotine



Public health experts thought e-cigarettes would help smokers quit, but it didn’t work. Research suggests that vaping fails to help smokers quit 85 to 95 per cent of the time. And e-cigarettes ended up drawing in new, young nicotine users.
